Nico is a delightful 1-year-old Shih Tzu mix, weighing around 12 pounds. He arrived at the shelter in a sad state, severely matted and clearly neglected, a stark contrast to the loving companion he is. Despite his past hardships, Nico remains a sweet, gentle, playful, and incredibly affectionate dog with a warm and trusting nature. He thrives on human companionship, adores attention, and is always happy to be by your side. He's currently a bit underweight but will quickly gain it back with proper care and love. Nico has the ability to quietly capture his person's whole heart with his loyalty and loving disposition. He truly deserves a family who will cherish him and shower him with the love he so readily gives.
