Hi, my name is Artimiss! I'm a sweet girl born on 5/6/2020, weighing about 52 pounds. I might be missing a front leg, but it doesn't slow me down one bit! I came to FCAR with what the vet believes was a gunshot wound, but I'm a resilient pup. I do have a little trouble with stairs, but rugs and carpet make it a breeze. I absolutely love cuddling on the couch and sleeping soundly in my crate at night. I'm looking for a human to be my loyal companion and make them smile as much as they make me smile when I'm getting petted!

Ideal Home

I need a home with a securely fenced yard. I'm a little picky about my doggy friends, so a meet-and-greet would be a must. I'm also a bit too interested in cats and small animals, so a home without them would be best.

Ongoing Health

I am up to date on all vaccinations and current on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. I have been spayed and microchipped. Artimiss is eligible for our Senior Dog Adoption Reimbursement Program, which offers a maximum of $300 per year for wellness exams, annual vaccinations, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

I sleep soundly in my crate and don't make a peep when resting. I'm generally a well-behaved girl who just wants to be loved.
