Spike JuM

Spike is a guy with a "manly" name, but don't let that fool you! He's actually a big goofball who is smart, silly, playful, and incredibly happy to be alive. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in West Texas and has been enjoying life with friends and receiving treatment for heartworms. Now, his biggest goal is to find his forever family!

Ideal Home

Spike would love to live in a cooler climate, as he finds the Texas heat a bit much. He's a dominant boy, so he would do best as an only dog or with a submissive canine companion. As a Husky, he's an active dog who needs a knowledgeable family that understands the breed's tendency to be escape artists and their abundant shedding.

Ongoing Health

Spike has successfully completed his heartworm treatment.

Training & Support
