Rosie is now spayed, fully vetted, flea/tick free, and heartworm negative, and is ready for a foster or forever home! Her current short-term foster ends July 5th. We believe Rosie is approximately 4 years young and about 55lbs.
Rosie is a quiet, calm, and a true introvert. She can be a bit timid with unfamiliar places, people, and life adventures, both inside and outside the home. Other dogs don't seem to interest her and can even be a bit scary for her. Rosie will thrive with someone who can provide patience and gentle guidance to help her feel comfortable, safe, and secure on her new life journey. She is happy and content to be a couch potato companion to someone who enjoys a calm and quiet lifestyle or taking short walks when the weather permits.
Rosie is crate-trained, house-trained, doesn't bark, doesn't run, has little to no shedding, and walks great on a leash. She prefers a life of leisure. It seems she may have spent her previous life living in a basement or apartment with very little time enjoying or experiencing a variety of life adventures. Who will be the special someone to love, cherish, and help this girl enjoy a brand-new lifestyle?
Ideal Home
Rosie would thrive in a home that can provide patience and gentle guidance. She prefers a calm and quiet lifestyle. A fenced yard is always preferred. We recommend no children for Rosie, as she has much to learn.
