Meet Gia!

This sweet mama came to us after we found her and her 3 pups on the euthanasia list, minutes away from being euthanized at a city shelter. Her body tells us that she has been over-bred. Now that her 3 pups no longer need her, it is time to find Gia a home of her own. Gia is extremely sweet and is a low-energy girl who is short and stocky, weighing around 40lbs. She walks well on a leash, is kennel trained, and is almost house-broken. She loves going on walks and car rides.

Ideal Home

Gia is not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Gia is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on heartworm/flea/tick prevention.

Training & Support

Gia is kennel trained and nearly house-broken. She walks well on a leash.

Transporation

Gia is currently located in Houston, TX. We facilitate adoptions across the US from Houston, TX, which includes transportation. Transport will be on a licensed vehicle with 24/7 care. Designated public pickup locations will be used for drop-off. The next transport date is 07/07/2026.
