Triton

Triton is a sweet soul who ended up as a stray at Animal Services. He was found to have a birth defect affecting his femurs, causing his knees to turn outward. Despite this, he gets around well, though he does have arthritis due to the wear and tear on his knees. He's currently on daily anti-inflammatories and may need a wheelchair in the future, but for now, he's quite mobile. Triton isn't a fan of long walks, but he adores belly rubs and being with his people. He's a mellow dog with occasional bursts of playful energy. Dinner is his favorite time, and while he enjoys toys, he's a chewer and cannot have stuffies, though he loves a good chew bone.

A home that understands his unique needs and can provide a calm environment. Triton loves to be with his people and enjoys gentle play.
