Ollie

Ollie is a sweet, growing boy who is about 10 months old and weighs 55 lbs. He came to us after a difficult injury where he was bitten by another dog, causing a festering wound. Despite the possibility of losing his leg, we were able to save it through dedicated treatment, and he is now healing well with no expected long-term issues. We've invested significantly in his care, and it was worth every penny because Ollie's life matters! He's a wonderful companion who is good with other dogs, as long as they are large. He would also be very happy as an only dog with a very active family.

Ideal Home

Ollie would thrive in a home with a very active family. He is good with large dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in the home. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or small dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ollie's leg is healing well after treatment for an infection. He is receiving regular updates and x-rays, and his growth plate looks good, so he is not expected to lose his leg.

Training & Support

Ollie is still young and growing, so continued training and socialization will be beneficial.
