Critter is a 45-pound, five-year-old pittie mix with a blue coat and a slightly fluffy physique. He effortlessly embodies being hilarious, low-key, and incredibly lovable all at once. Critter has a talent for transforming ordinary afternoons into the highlight of your week, often followed by a mid-afternoon nap, preferably in your lap. He enjoys playtime and is a big fan of water, though not so much of staying dry. However, Critter's true expertise lies in being a world-class napper. While he can be persuaded to play a game of chase, once the excitement subsides, he'll be nudging his way into your personal space, plotting his next couch takeover. He is dog-friendly, affectionate with his people, crate-trained, and leash-trained, making him an exceptionally easy companion to live with. Critter doesn't require constant entertainment; he's happy with a good splash now and then, a bit of play, and plenty of lounging. He is a truly unique, once-in-a-lifetime dog – funny without trying, loving without being needy, and mellow enough that you'll wonder how you ever lived without your 45-pound couch-hogging, heart-stealing sidekick.
Ideal Home
Critter would thrive in a home where he can enjoy playtime and lounging. As with all of our rescues, we recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both the pets and families involved.

Critter is crate-trained and leash-trained. He is a bit of a napper but can be encouraged to play.

Transporation
Critter is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week.
