Hi there! My name is Layla, and just like the song, I'm sweet, beautiful, smart, athletic, and affectionate. I love to be with my people and can be a little clingy because I crave your undivided attention. I don't do well with long periods of alone time. While I might be a large dog, my size is not something to be intimidated by – I'm a very sweet and cuddly girl, and I can also be quite protective of my humans. I know basic commands, learn quickly, and I'm very eager to please!

I have boundless energy and need lots of exercise, so I'm definitely not a couch potato – and neither will you be if you adopt me! I love to run and play fetch with gusto. Because I play hard and move fast, I would likely do best in a home without small children. I would make a fantastic jogging buddy, agility champion, or even a therapy dog. I have so much love to give and I'm searching for my forever family. Could that be you?

Layla needs an active family who can keep up with her boundless energy and provide her with plenty of exercise. She would do best in a home without small children due to her playful intensity. She also thrives with companionship and doesn't do well being left alone for long periods.
