Puppy is one of those dogs who quietly steals your heart. She's a sweet, gentle girl who can be a little shy when meeting new people or exploring new places. She appreciates slow introductions and a little patience, but once she knows you're safe, her personality shines. She'll greet you with full-body wiggles, happily curl up beside you for a cuddle, and look at you with the sweetest puppy eyes you've ever seen. Puppy previously lived with children and other dogs and has done wonderfully with both. She loves playing with canine friends. At home, she's just as happy chewing on a favorite toy, going for a nice walk, or settling in for a movie night. If you sing to her, she'll gladly listen. Belly rubs and forehead kisses are always appreciated. She's crate trained, potty trained, and making great progress on leash walking. Like many dogs, Puppy gets excited when she spots a squirrel and may try to chase it, so she'll need someone who can confidently handle her on walks and continue working on her leash skills. Puppy isn't the kind of dog who loves everyone the moment they meet. She's the kind who builds a real bond. If you're willing to give her a little time to settle in, she'll reward you with unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and a best friend for life.
