Meet Benji! This sweet boy was found in a rural area, battling fleas and heat exhaustion. Luckily, Taylor rescued him and brought him to our care. Benji is a mixed breed, estimated to be 8-10 months old and weighing around 35 lbs. He's already received his first vaccines, is neutered, and microchipped. Benji is discovering the joys of indoor living, showing he's a pro at crate training and loves to snuggle up on the couch. He has a fondness for chew bones, and we're working on his leash manners. Potty training is progressing well, especially considering he's only been with us for less than a week and previously lived outdoors. We're confident that with a little patience and consistent training, he'll master it in no time! Benji is currently in a foster home with other dogs and has been getting along famously with them. Because everything is new to this curious pup, he'll thrive with an adopter who can offer him lots of patience, training, and love.

- We will contact the selected applicant to arrange a meet-and-greet.
- All current and prior household pets must be up-to-date on vaccines, preventatives, and spayed/neutered.
- We do not "hold" applications.
- Adoptions must be completed in person.
Transporation
Benji is currently in a foster home in Charleston, SC. All adopters must be present to complete the adoption in Charleston.
