She's in her "older puppy era," full of playful energy, growing confidence, and a joy for learning. Nona is built like a little tank with a short, sturdy frame, and she's fast and loves to zoom around the yard with her favorite toys. She greets her foster mom with enthusiastic leaps and is all sweetness and fun. Nona enjoys being near her people, wiggling her whole body when excited, and she's been practicing her socializing skills by meeting new dogs and friendly strangers. She recently met a child and did wonderfully. Nona has a lovable stubborn streak and is incredibly clever, enjoying puzzles and navigating obstacle courses. She's highly motivated by toys and treats, making training a rewarding experience. She's mastered "sit" and is working on her leash manners, happily joining her foster family on walks of 2-3 miles. While she may not love car rides, she's a delightful companion once she arrives. Nona is fully crate trained, especially overnight, and is doing great with potty training. She's also a bit of a shy watchdog and will alert you to unfamiliar sights or sounds. Her adorable underbite makes her goofy expressions even cuter. Transporation

Nona is currently located in Texas and can transport out of state when matched with an approved adopter. Transport is included in the adoption donation and runs every few weeks.
