Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy who was surrendered to our care due to his owner's health. He's about 4.5 years old and weighs over 100 pounds. Bear knows several commands like "sit," "come," and "heel." He's also pretty good at "stay" when he's feeling particularly attentive! He walks well on a leash, absolutely loves playing ball, and is a friendly dog who can make a great family companion. Bear gets along best with female dogs and is also happy to be the only dog in the household.

Ideal Home

Bear would thrive in a home that can accommodate his size and energy. He's a great family dog and enjoys playing ball.

Ongoing Health

Bear is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will receive a health exam and certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear knows several commands and is good on a leash. He enjoys playing fetch.

Transporation

Bear is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state to a predetermined location. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Video calls will be used for adoption interviews and meet-and-greets.
