Jacque is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 7-month-old pup who weighs around 46 pounds. We believe he might be a Lab and German Shepherd mix, but with rescue pups, it's always a fun surprise! Jacque is one of the most deserving pups looking for a home, as he comes from an area with high shelter euthanasia rates. Adopting him not only saves his life but also opens up space for another animal in need. He loves to play with his siblings and enjoys plenty of naps, truly embodying the eat, sleep, play, repeat mantra of puppyhood. Ongoing Health

Jacque is up-to-date on all his vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Jacque is still very young and will need a family that understands the importance of routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization. We require all adoptive families to commit to crate training immediately upon arrival to aid in potty training, energy management, and overall development.

Transportation

Jacque is currently located in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system. Available drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
