Meet Zeno, a 1-year-and-8-month-old male mixed breed weighing 20lbs! This charming boy was rescued from Barbados and is currently being fostered in Toronto. Zeno is a professional sleeper, part-time snuggler, and full-time emotional support shadow who believes personal space is a myth. He's incredibly loyal, greeting his foster with enthusiastic tail wags and gentle kisses, acting like every morning is a lottery win. While initially shy with new people, especially men, he quickly becomes your biggest fan once he trusts you, showering you with loving stares and devoted companionship.
Zeno is a low-energy fellow who cherishes rest. His ideal day involves naps, a nice walk, more naps, outdoor sniffing adventures, adoring you, and finally, a good night's sleep. He enjoys two calm walks and navigates downtown Toronto with ease, though loud noises can be a bit startling. He is house-trained, crate-trained (with a little initial whining), and walks beautifully on leash. Zeno isn't a big toy player; he prefers "vibes and cuddles." He coexists peacefully with a Pomeranian, is polite with other dogs, and was previously around cats in Barbados, whom he deemed not worth chasing.
Ideal Home
Zeno would thrive in a home where he can be your constant shadow. While he's good with dogs, cats, and kids, he does start off shy with new people and needs a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes a little time.

Zeno has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Zeno is house-trained and crate-trained. He walks beautifully on leash and isn't keen on toys, preferring cuddles. He can be shy with new people initially, so patience and gentle introductions will help him feel secure.
