Clifton is a six-year-old Great Pyrenees who has absolutely mastered the art of doing less. If you’ve been looking for a calm, steady presence instead of a whirlwind, this is your guy. He is truly low-energy and has a sloth-level commitment to relaxation. He is not here for cardio or your marathon training plans. He is here for naps, short strolls, and lounging in a sunbeam in a comfortable spot on the floor. He’s great with everyone – people, dogs, and cats are all fine. He prefers companions who match his vibe, so think mellow, respectful, and not bouncing off the walls. Kids are welcome, but over 8 is best, as tiny humans tend to move faster than Clifton finds reasonable. In the house, he’s exactly what you want: calm, well-mannered, and easy to live with. On leash, he’s steady and polite.

Ideal Home

A fenced yard is required, as standard Pyrenees rules apply. He may look like a couch accessory, but he still likes to wander and keep an eye on things when the mood strikes. Children over 8 are best.
