Meet Ivy, a sweet, quiet little heart waiting to bloom!

Ivy is an adorable Chihuahua/Pomeranian/mutt mix who will likely grow to be about 10-11 lbs. At approximately 4 months old and weighing between 6-12 lbs, her unique grey fur and grey eyes make her a truly captivating pup. Ivy is a gentle and affectionate puppy who makes every moment special. Her tail curls over her back, and when she's happy and excited, she wiggles and wags it so fast it's impossible not to smile! She's a wonderful cuddler and loves to nap in your lap.

Ideal Home

Ivy is currently living with her sister littermate in a foster home, where they enjoy playing together with stuffed toys. She's curious and loves exploring the outdoors. Ivy does great with other dogs and is very playful with them. While she hasn't met a cat yet, she is young enough that she should adapt well to living with one. She would be best suited for a home with older children who understand the importance of being gentle and respectful of her.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is up-to-date on all basic vaccinations, including Rabies and Bordetella, and has received flea and tick treatment. Her spay and microchip are also included.

Training & Support

When meeting new people, Ivy may bark if they are standing, but she does much better if held when meeting someone new. If people are sitting, she's comfortable on the floor. She is generally quiet and doesn't bark excessively. Ivy knows the "go to your bed" command for settling into her crate at night. She is not yet potty trained, but with frequent trips to the yard or a designated potty space, she is expected to catch on quickly. She rides well in her carrier in the car.
