Raul

Raul is a handsome, spunky, and opinionated red husky boy who's ready to find his forever family! He's estimated to be almost 6 years old and weighs around 70 pounds. Raul was rescued by H3 in September after entering the California shelter system as a stray in June 2023. He's been patiently waiting for his turn, watching other dogs find their homes. Raul is incredibly affectionate in his own husky way, often showing his love by gently "holding your hand" with his mouth. This affectionate habit has earned him the nickname "Butt Biter" because he enjoys affectionately nuzzling and "noming" any part of his people that's convenient. He loves to be involved in everything, thrives on attention and adventure, and becomes instantly interested if treats are involved. At the dog park, he loves to play and get the zoomies!

Ideal Home

Raul loves adventure and being involved in whatever is happening. He is protective of his food and is fed separately from other dogs to ensure his success.
