Flip

Flip is a 5-month-old male Chihuahua mix weighing about 7 pounds. He's expected to stay under 15 pounds fully grown, though his exact adult weight is unknown. Flip joined rescue as a tiny puppy when his previous family could no longer care for him. He has since settled in well and is thriving in his foster home. Flip is a small dog with a big personality, a classic Chihuahua with plenty of charm. He can be a bit spicy, especially if other puppies get too close, but he also loves to play and have fun. When he's not guarding his beloved toys, Flip enjoys snuggling and being close to his humans, soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He's a perfect mix of sass and sweetness, guaranteed to bring laughter and companionship to his new family.

Ideal Home

Flip will need a family prepared for all things puppy, including continued house training, leash training, and socialization. He also needs to learn that flip-flops are for feet, not for chewing!

Ongoing Health

Flip has been neutered, is up-to-date on vaccines, and is on flea and heartworm prevention. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Flip is still learning appropriate puppy behaviors, including house training, leash manners, and understanding what items are toys. Continued socialization and positive reinforcement will help him succeed.
