Roscoe is a young, medium-sized male hound mix with a black coat. He was found as a young puppy, starving in a field, which has made him a bit shy with new people. However, he warms up quickly and is a sweet boy once he feels comfortable! He gets along great with other dogs and would likely be a wonderful addition to a family with children.
