JOEY

Joey is a super cute, approximately 2-year-old pup with golden tan fur and beautiful green eyes. He's a sweet, energetic, and playful boy who loves being with people, snuggling up, and going on walks. Joey lives with foster dog siblings and really enjoys playful antics with his foster sister, who is larger than him.

Ideal Home

Joey would do best in a home without small pets. He would enjoy another dog his size or larger to play with, but would also be happy as an only dog if he can have his people all to himself!

Ongoing Health

Joey is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment. He is still adoptable during this time.

Training & Support

Joey walks well on a leash and knows his basic commands: SIT, STAY, and DOWN. He will sit and wait politely for his food until given the 'ok' to eat. He is crate trained for both workdays and nights. When inside, Joey has not shown any destructive tendencies around furniture.
