About GEORGE (Very Sweet, Kind, Loves All She Meets, Dogs, Adults, Kids, Happy, Loving)

I'm George, a 1-year-old male Black Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier mix. I weigh about 50 pounds and I'm already neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on my shots. My sister Joy and I are looking for our forever homes! We wandered into a park one day because we love people, and after a brief stay at a local pound, we found ourselves in foster care. I earned my name "Curious George" at the vet because I watched everything with such interest! I'm a happy, loving, and affectionate boy who loves being involved in whatever my people are doing. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, ride well in the car, and I'm a good boy. I'm doing well on a leash and enjoy all sorts of adventures. I get along great with my foster family's dogs, don't bother the cat, and I've shown nothing but kindness to everyone I meet. I absolutely love children and people, which is why we ended up at the park in the first place! I thrive on attention, affection, and companionship. If you bend over, I'm sure to sneak in a few kisses. My sister Joy and I adore each other and would make an amazing pair, with a reduced adoption fee for both, but we are also confident and social enough to adjust well to separate homes. I would love a family that enjoys simple pleasures like camping, hiking, walks, visiting coffee shops, or just cuddling on the couch. I'm social, friendly, and always ready for the next adventure. With my beautiful shiny coat and sweet, happy-go-lucky personality, I'm ready to bring happiness, laughter, loyalty, and unconditional love to a lucky family.
