Meet Sampson, a handsome 5-year-old Black Lab mix who is ready for his second chance at a loving home. Sampson came to us when his previous family could no longer afford his medical care for a significant laceration on his side. He's been receiving the care he needs and is well on his way to a full recovery.

Sampson is a true "people dog" who thrives on attention and wants nothing more than to be by his human's side. He has a proven track record of getting along wonderfully with children and has shown respect towards cats and other dogs. His absolute favorite activity in the world is a good game of fetch – if you have a tennis ball, you've got his heart!
