Meet Otis! This handsome White Shepherd was found abandoned near a busy highway, but despite his past, Otis has remained one of the sweetest, gentlest dogs you could ever meet. He's a mellow boy who gets along beautifully with other dogs, cats, children, and adults. Otis has a very submissive, easygoing personality and is happiest simply being near his people, especially lighting up when he sees kids and greeting them with a wagging tail and gentle affection.
