Meet Mocha, our sweet 2.5-year-old chocolate-colored girl! Mocha is a friendly and outgoing dog who came to us after a kind resident rescued her from a situation where she was at risk of being abandoned. From the moment she arrived, Mocha has shown a loving and confident personality. She has a little extra weight, but with a balanced diet and regular exercise, she can reach her ideal healthy weight. Mocha adores receiving attention and is very motivated by treats, which makes training a breeze! She even enjoys cooling off by wading in kiddie pools. Mocha is looking for her forever family to share her love with. She is good with other dogs and can be placed in a home with children aged 12 and older.

- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID.
- If you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission for dogs. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo.
- If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required.
- If there are other pets in the home, they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations.
- If there is another dog in the home, a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption.
- All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
- Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled.
- An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.

Mocha is located at our facility and transportation arrangements can be discussed.
