Meet Jasper! He's a handsome 3-year-old Dalmatian with a heart full of love and a desire to be your loyal shadow. Jasper is the epitome of a "Velcro Dalmatian," happiest when he's by your side, whether that's on the couch or snuggled up at night. He's a quiet boy, enjoying car rides, long walks, and games of fetch and tug-of-war. Jasper is incredibly loyal and forms deep bonds with his people.

Ideal Home

Jasper would thrive in a home with children over 9 years old. He absolutely adores female dogs and would likely do well with a canine companion of similar size. Jasper needs a home without small dogs or cats, as he has had conflicts with them in the past. He also needs a family or individual who has the time to devote to him, as he can experience separation anxiety and requires plenty of exercise, companionship, and mental stimulation. An experienced owner who understands dogs and can provide consistent guidance and training is a must.

Ongoing Health

Jasper has a medical consideration: he is sensitive to high purines and requires a special Dalmatian-appropriate diet to maintain his health. He will be up to date on vaccinations and neutered prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Jasper is house-trained and crate-trained. Due to his potential for separation anxiety and his need for activity, he will benefit from a home that can provide structure, ample exercise, and companionship to prevent restlessness.
