Bert

Bert is a handsome, 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees with an independent spirit and a love for all creatures! He grew up on a farm, so he's had plenty of exposure to cats, sheep, turkeys, ducks, chickens, and even cows. While he has farm life experience, Bert is looking for a cozy spot as a family dog rather than a working dog. If you're searching for a confident and food-motivated companion, Bert is your guy!

Ideal Home

Bert would thrive in a home that appreciates his independent nature and offers him plenty of love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Bert is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and he's microchipped. He'll also be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bert is food motivated, which will be a great asset in his training journey!

Transportation

Bert is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport, and interviews/meet-and-greets are conducted via video call. The out-of-state adoption fee is $300 plus transport costs, which vary by location.
