Meet Dickens! This handsome Wheaten Terrier Mix is an adult male who weighs around 21 lbs. Dickens came to us a bit shy and fearful, but he has truly blossomed into a dog who is learning to trust and enjoy life! He's not a high-energy dog who loves fetch, but once he bonds with you, he becomes your devoted shadow, always happy to be by your side.

Ideal Home

Dickens would do best in a home where his people are around a lot, as he's still learning to be comfortable alone. A confident, patient canine companion would also be a great addition to his home, as he's still learning how to "dog" and would benefit from a mentor.

Ongoing Health

Dickens has been examined by our veterinarian and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. We share all known medical information, but cannot guarantee future health.

Training & Support

Dickens is still learning about life and would benefit from a patient owner who can continue to build his confidence. He is still working on being comfortable with being alone, so he'll need support in that area.
