Baxter Roo is a 7-year-old Rottweiler/Lab mix who recently found himself at the shelter after a difficult life change. He's a bit timid at first, but once he trusts you, he is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. Baxter Roo thrives on kind voices and patient people, and you can see how much he longs to bond with someone again. He has lived with other dogs in the past and has shown to be friendly with one of our resident dogs, Noelle, which is a wonderful sign. We are continuing to learn more about his personality and needs as he settles in. Baxter Roo is the kind of dog who will do best in a home that offers patience, kindness, and understanding as he navigates this new chapter in his life.
