Vivie Anna Vienna the Swimming Water Dog

Sweet as chocolate, smooth like peanut butter, and filled with love, Vivie Anna is the sweetest treat you didn't know you were craving. She has one of the cutest "resting sad faces" and she knows how to work her puppy-dog eyes to get what she wants, putting you in a trance with her cuteness! With her warm peanut butter brown coat and soft, soulful eyes, Vivie Anna is the perfect blend of all the right things – a soft center, a little bit of bouncy, and a whole lot of love to give.

We believe Vivie Anna is approximately 3 years old and is a Labrador and Staffordshire mix, weighing in at a fully grown 70 lbs. Her love language includes walks, car rides, puddles, and ice cream! While she doesn't beg for food, she'll definitely come trotting over if you open the freezer, hoping for a scoop of that magical frozen goodness. She's motivated by tasty snacks and will do anything for a taste, even learning a few commands. Vivie Anna already knows how to sit, is crate trained, and potty trained. After an initial burst of excitement, she has fantastic leash manners, though squirrels can sometimes be too tempting.

Her fur is like velvet, and she lives for belly rubs. Vivie Anna loves being outside, enjoying her foster parents' swimming pool and lounging poolside. She's definitely a water lover and a wonderful car rider, enjoying the breeze with her head out the window.

Vivie Anna is very dog-friendly and has been around many dogs with different personalities. She has a wonderfully balanced energy and can be playful or relaxed, matching the energy of other dogs. She'd love a home with another dog her size or slightly bigger, but would do best in a kitty-free home.

Ideal Home

Vivie Anna would do best in a home with older children (10+) as she is a bit big and can easily knock over little ones. She would love a yard with some green grass to play and bounce around in.

Training & Support

Vivie Anna knows how to sit, is crate trained, and potty trained. She has fantastic leash manners after an initial excitement period. She may need some help staying focused on walks, especially around squirrels.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT. Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure. There will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport due to rising fuel and transportation expenses.
