Chit Chat is a 5-year-old, 20-pound sweetheart with a truly inspiring story. Despite being found as a stray with paralysis in her back legs, she remains the happiest and most loving dog. It's likely she was used for breeding and then discarded, but her gentle, friendly, and easy-going nature shines through. She genuinely enjoys life, propelling herself with her strong front legs, cruising in her wheelchair, and loving stroller rides. Chit Chat is people-oriented and gets along well with other dogs, always eager to be included in activities like car rides, couch cuddles, and receiving attention. She simply wants to be by your side, a cherished part of your life.

Ideal Home

Chit Chat is looking for a patient and loving adopter who will see her for the wonderful dog she is. She needs someone who is around often and willing to learn how to care for her specific needs.

Ongoing Health

Chit Chat likely has IVDD and has no sensation in her back legs, but she is not in pain. She requires her bladder to be expressed a few times a day, which is a manageable routine that adopters will be trained on.
