Meet Ty! This 11-month-old, 25 lb Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix is a handsome, smart, and sweet pup who arrived as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. Ty is a happy and affectionate boy who loves to be with his people, offering cuddles and playful energy. He has a submissive and easygoing nature with other dogs and would love a canine companion to share his adventures. If he were to be an only dog, he'd need plenty of socialization opportunities. Ty is incredibly intelligent, eager to learn, and highly motivated, making him an excellent candidate for continued obedience, agility, or trick training. He's an active young dog who will thrive in a family that enjoys daily walks, hikes, and an outgoing lifestyle, where he can be part of the action and continue building his confidence. Ty has not yet been tested with cats.

Ideal Home

Ty is looking for an active family that will help him reach his incredible potential and make him part of the action. He would love another friendly dog in the home to be his playmate and adventure buddy, but could also thrive as an only dog if his family is committed to keeping him well-socialized.

Ty is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Ty is incredibly intelligent, eager to learn, and highly motivated. He would be an excellent candidate for continued obedience, agility, trick training, or any activity that allows him to use both his brain and his body.
