Enzo is ready to lead the goof troop! This charming 4-year-old, 12.5-pound male chi mix is looking for a home to call his own. Enzo's journey began in a challenging hoarding situation, but he's now in foster care in Green Bay, eager to start his new, fun-filled life. He's a shy boy at first, but quickly blossoms into a devoted shadow once he feels secure. Enzo thrives on companionship and can be quite vocal if left alone or separated by gates, so he would do best in a home where he has company, whether human or canine. He gets along well with other dogs, especially those his size or larger, and while he tolerates cats, he may grumble if he can't interact directly. Enzo is a big fan of plush toys and enjoys a good hug once he's comfortable. He loves being outdoors and would be happiest with a fenced yard. Due to his initial skittishness, he's considered a flight risk but also forms strong bonds with his people. Enzo is current on vaccinations and is neutered. He continues to make progress with house training and currently wears a belly band indoors.
Ideal Home
Enzo would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog for company. He would do best in a home without shared walls with neighbors due to his vocal nature when anxious or excited.
Ongoing Health
Enzo is up-to-date on vaccinations and neutered. His adoption includes a certified vet inspection and prior vetting paperwork.
Training & Support
Enzo can be vocal when anxious or separated and may grumble at cats behind gates. He is a flight risk due to his initial shyness and is still working on house training, using a belly band indoors. Continued dedication to house training and building his confidence is recommended.
