Rita is a 7-year-old, spayed female Staffordshire mix who weighs 58 lbs. She's a sweet and affectionate cuddle bug with a moderate energy level, happy to have doggy siblings or be the sole focus of her humans' attention. Rita has been respectful and playful with other medium to large-sized dogs she's met. She enjoys playtime with her toys and family, car rides, and cuddling. Rita is already crate-trained, potty-trained, and leash-trained. She was found at an overcrowded shelter but remains loving, outgoing, and playful, though she can be a little shy at first.

Ideal Home

Rita would love a home where she can receive plenty of attention, play with her toys, and go on adventures like car rides. We don't know how she would do with children or cats.
