Meet Bucee Boosh! This 2-3 year old, 57lb Rhodesian Ridgeback mix is a charming and confident boy who’s ready to find his forever family. Bucee is a happy soul who loves to greet new people and other dogs with enthusiasm. He’s a popular guy with female dogs and generally does well with most male dogs too. While he has a medium to high energy level, he’s easily trainable and settles down nicely indoors. Bucee is looking for an active person or family who can provide him with plenty of opportunities to run and play, ideally with a backyard and fun chew toys to keep him happily occupied. His foster mom reports that he sleeps well in his crate at night and always appreciates having engaging toys available. Bucee was found abandoned in Houston, and his foster family believes he was left in a common dumping area before being rescued.

Bucee would thrive in an active home with a fenced backyard where he can safely expend his energy. He enjoys the company of dogs and is described as kid-friendly.
