Chiquita

Chiquita is a stunning 2.5-year-old Husky cross with unique coloring and caramel eyes. She has a tough past, having survived as a stray with her mother and siblings, enduring a hurricane, and living at the SPCA PV sanctuary. Despite her past, Chiquita is affectionate, leaning in for snuggles and rolling over for belly rubs. She enjoys playing with puppies and is learning to embrace a more settled life. She weighs 55lbs and is spayed, healthy, and vaccinated.

Ideal Home

Chiquita would thrive in a home with a yard and a cooler climate, away from big cities. She can be selective with other dogs and would likely do best as the only canine companion. While she interacts with cats, she can be a bit excitable around them. Due to her past experiences, she hasn't been exposed to children or large crowds, so a quieter environment is preferred.

Chiquita is healthy, spayed, and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Chiquita is playful and enjoys the company of puppies. She may need some guidance in managing her excitement around cats and in a home environment outside of the sanctuary.
