Jasper is a handsome 2-year-old Hellenic Hound mix who is 46lbs and neutered. He was adopted a year ago and is now facing a heartbreaking change as his human is moving overseas and cannot take him. He is confused and scared but is longing for stability, patience, and a safe place to call his own. Jasper was used to living with a small dog and loved his companion. Since being in foster care, he has shown leash reactivity and is unsure of his surroundings.
