Hi there! My name is Honey, and I'm about 4 years old and weigh 74 lbs. I'm a sweet, curious, and silly pup who is still getting to know everyone here. I'm dreaming of finding my very own forever home where I can relax and be myself.

Ongoing Health

I recently tested positive for heartworm, but don't worry, it's treatable! Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland is covering the cost, and I'll need a quiet place to heal.

Training & Support

Since I'm new here, we're still learning about each other! Most of us here were strays, so we might not be house-trained and we don't have a history of living with kids, cats, or other dogs. If you have kids or another dog, we'll need them to join us for a meet-and-greet to make sure we're a good fit!

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• You'll need to schedule a meet-and-greet in advance, as we aren't accepting walk-ins.
• We encourage you to check our website first to see if I might be the one for you before scheduling.
• Once you fill out our online form, an adoption counselor will reach out to schedule our meeting.
• During your visit, an adoption counselor will introduce you to me and share everything we know about me, offering guidance for a smooth transition into your home.
• You're welcome to meet multiple dogs.
• If I'm already spayed/neutered, I might be able to go home with you the same day! Otherwise, I'll go home after my surgery.
• Dogs adopted directly from the kennel need to see your personal vet within two weeks.
• All dogs receive DAPPL, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines, microchips, and a Cuyahoga County license. You might need to get follow-up boosters.
