Phillip - URGENT

URGENT! Phillip, a 16-week-old Shepherd mix, needs a safe haven to recover from an upper respiratory infection as soon as possible. He is currently at Kern County Animal Services in Bakersfield and is at risk due to his condition and the shelter's overcrowding. Phillip has been at the shelter since June 3, 2026.

Transporation

Phillip is located at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter. Companion Animal Protection Services (CAPS) can arrange transportation for adopters on the West Coast, with adopters responsible for any associated fees. Fostering is limited to those living in Kern County.
