A little about them

Piper is a loving, very friendly 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy who weighs 34.6 pounds. She enjoys cuddling, playing ball, and splashing in the water, and would make a wonderful active family companion for hiking and outdoor adventures.

She is friendly with dogs and cats, walks well on leash, and stays in heel. Piper has done well meeting other dogs, enjoys social environments, and loves everyone she meets. She is responsive to commands, has not chewed anything besides her toys, and stayed home alone successfully while her foster was at work. She may try to chase squirrels on walks but is not bothered by other dogs, cars, or things on the ground.

Ideal Home

Piper would love an active family and an outdoor lifestyle. She has been friendly with dogs and cats; her behavior around children is unknown.

Ongoing Health

Piper is current on shots, licensed, microchipped, and receives monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Dogs over six months are heartworm tested. She will be spayed before adoption is finalized.

Training & Support

Piper walks well on leash, stays in heel, is responsive to commands, and appears house trained based on her foster's observations. She has also shown that she can relax comfortably when left alone.
