Meet Doris! This gentle and loving girl is finally healthy and ready to find her forever home. Doris came to us from La Mision after kind people noticed she needed help. She had TVT and no access to treatment, but we brought her into our care. She has now completed her chemotherapy and is doing absolutely fantastic! Doris is one of the most affectionate dogs we've met, great with people and other dogs, and so grateful for kindness. She has been through so much, yet she radiates love and is ready for a safe, happy life with a family who will cherish her.

Ongoing Health

Doris has successfully completed her chemotherapy treatment for TVT. She was spayed before arriving and is now fully treated and healthy.

Transportation

Doris is located in Puerto Vallarta and can be transported to approved adopters with the help of flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet your new pup at the airport. During the summer months, it may be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable. Volunteers have successfully helped bring dogs to adopters at the border during the summer months.
