But after a tough experience with a larger dog, his confidence was shaken, and he’s been feeling shy and unsure around other pups ever since. Now, he’s searching for a patient and loving family—or a dedicated person—who will help him rediscover his courage and remind him what it feels like to be safe and confident again. Ongoing Health
All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping, is included in the adoption fee.
Training & Support
Daquiri is shy and unsure around other dogs due to a past experience. He will need continued training and understanding to help him feel safe and confident. Our team works on leash training and basic commands, and adopters should be prepared to continue these efforts.

Transporation
Daquiri is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. He will be transported via comfortable, air-conditioned transport buses with dedicated staff providing care during the journey. You can follow his journey on a private Facebook Event page. Pick-up locations will be coordinated by an Adoption Coordinator.
