Tank may not come charging in like his name suggests, but give him a little time and you will see exactly why he's so special. This 9.5 lb tan pup with dark brown shading and adorable white paws and chest is more on the reserved side. Tank tends to hang back at first, taking in his surroundings and new faces at his own pace. It took him a little longer than his siblings to open up, but once he did, his sweet and gentle nature really started to shine. He's not the most playful of the bunch, but what he lacks in energy he more than makes up for in companionship. Tank is a wonderful cuddle partner who enjoys quiet moments and being close to his people. He forms thoughtful, meaningful bonds and brings a calm, comforting presence wherever he goes. Tank has been staying with his sister Clara and is doing well with his routine. He's currently potty training, uses pee pads, and will go to the back door when he needs to be let out. He sleeps soundly through the night without crying or whining and happily eats three meals a day. He does well with other dogs and adults in the home and would thrive in a patient, loving environment where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace. Like all puppies, he'll need consistency and guidance as he grows, but for the right person, Tank will be an incredibly loyal, gentle, and devoted companion. If you are looking for a quieter, more sensitive soul to share your space (and your couch), Tank might just be your perfect match!
