Chance

Meet Chance, a delightful 4-year-old neutered and vaccinated Staffie mix with an old soul and a heart full of love. He was rescued from a crowded shelter in Houston after being left behind in an apartment, and he's been brightening our days ever since with his gentle, soulful nature. Chance is the perfect blend of sweet, goofy, and affectionate, always sporting what looks like a big smile and ready to make your day better.

Ideal Home

Chance would thrive in a loving home with a predictable routine. He would do well with a semi-active family that includes older kids who can keep up with his playful energy, and he also gets along wonderfully with other large dogs his size. If you have a dog-savvy feline friend, please know that Chance's prey drive means he'd do best in a cat-free home.

Chance is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Chance is house-trained and sleeps through the night. He's comfortable being left alone and doesn't mind napping in an open crate. He's a great walking companion and enjoys daily strolls. While he can be a bit stubborn when distracted by squirrels, he responds very well to the word "cookie" and a love for treats makes him a great candidate for continued training.
