Meet Boots!

This handsome young Shepherd/Collie mix has already beaten the odds once and is now looking for the loving family he's always deserved. Rescued from a crowded Texas shelter where he was at risk due to space, Boots was thankfully given a second chance and is now safe and sound, ready to start his next chapter.

At just over a year old and around 50 pounds, Boots is the perfect blend of playful energy, affectionate cuddles, and a strong desire to please. He absolutely adores people and isn't shy about showing it, whether he's leaning in for pets, offering a playful bow, or gently nudging you for attention. He already knows how to "sit," appears to be house-trained, and is wonderfully gentle when taking treats.

Boots is a social butterfly with other dogs and has consistently earned "Rockstar status" in playgroups for his friendly and playful nature. He genuinely enjoys canine companions and would love to have a dog friend to romp around with. He's a happy, loving boy who has endured uncertainty but still greets the world with a wagging tail and a hopeful spirit.
