Blu

Blu is an 11-month-old, 35-pound mixed breed with striking blue and brown eyes. He was found alone on a rural road at just four months old and was taken in by a loving family. While they adored Blu, he didn't get along with their resident senior dog, leading to conflicts. This sweet, energetic boy has made incredible progress at a dog training and daycare facility, where he's learned valuable skills and even made a doggy friend! He's great with people, crate trained, and eager to find his forever family.

Ideal Home

Blu is an extremely active dog who thrives with both mental and physical stimulation. A fenced yard would be ideal for him to safely explore and burn off energy. He may be able to go to a home with a smaller, playful, and submissive dog, as he has recently made a canine friend.

Ongoing Health

Blu is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella. He has also been tested for heartworm and is on flea preventative.

Training & Support

Blu is currently learning leash manners and is receiving excellent training at a doggy daycare. He can be energetic, so continued exercise and mental stimulation will be key to his happiness.
