Meet Lady Rose – the Queen of Cuddles and Couch Time!

If you're looking for the world's sweetest, most smooshable, big-headed lovebug, you've found her! Lady is a 3-year-old mastiff mix with the softest soul and the cutest little white "shoes" you've ever seen. She's equal parts gentle couch potato and goofy best friend – basically a perfect mix of chill and charm. Lady LOVES her people and will happily lean right into you for snuggles, belly rubs, or just to remind you that she's there. She's the kind of dog who rolls over for pets, politely asks for more, and then melts into your lap (yes, she's convinced she's lap-sized). She has perfected the art of leaning her whole body into you just to make sure you know she loves you. She's not pushy about it either – she'll politely ask for affection, and when you stop, she gives you the saddest "but why did you stop petting me?" look until your heart melts and you start again. She loves to roll over for belly rubs, and if she could, she'd spend all day like that.

Ideal Home

Lady Rose would do amazing in a home or apartment with someone who wants a snuggle buddy, walking companion, and best friend all rolled into one big, sweet, smooshy face. She's affectionate, gentle, and ready to fill your life with calm, goofy joy.

Training & Support

Lady Rose is a total dream on leash – she walks right beside you like she's done it a million times before, checking in often with a little look that says, "Am I doing good?" She's super easy to handle and loves meeting new people. When it comes to other dogs, Lady has what we call "queen energy." She's calm, polite, and a little bit aloof. She'd do best with another laid-back, mellow dog who won't pester her for playtime, or she'd be perfectly happy being the only royalty in the house! Lady met a cat and was a total lady about it. She was curious but cautious, gave a sniff or two, and then politely backed off when the kitty didn't seem interested. She's got great manners and would do just fine sharing her castle with a feline friend who appreciates her calm energy.

Transporation

Lady Rose is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pickup is in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT.
