Meet Shiva! This sweet and spunky girl is looking for her forever home. Shiva loves a good back scratch and will even walk under curtains for an impromptu rub! She's a smart and active girl who knows "sit," "shake," and "down." Shiva enjoys going on runs with her foster mom and would love an active family who enjoys hiking or biking with their dog. She's great with kids and has experience with chickens and pigs, having had a potbelly pig as a best friend in the past. While Shiva is potty and crate trained, she's not a fan of crates and would prefer not to be crated. She also enjoys companionship and will "sing" if left alone for too long, making her best suited for a home where she won't be left by herself for extended periods.

Ideal Home

Shiva would thrive in an active home where she can join her family on adventures like hiking and biking. She's great with kids and enjoys the company of other dogs, though she'll need continued socialization to build her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Shiva is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Shiva is potty and crate trained but strongly dislikes crates. She is a smart and active dog who benefits from lots of exercise and engagement. She will "sing" or howl when left alone for too long, so she would not be a good fit for apartment living unless your neighbors are very understanding.
