Jason Statham is an 11-month-old, neutered male Pitbull mix, currently weighing 50 lbs. He was born and is being fostered in Houston, Texas. Jason is the action hero of playtime and the sweetheart of snuggles! This handsome boy is part of a litter of happy, social pups who love people and each other. Jason is a calm, stoic little guy who's just as happy to pose for his foster mom in the yard as he is to romp around with his toys. He loves being chased by his siblings, carrying around his favorite toys, and soaking up attention from his people.
Ideal Home
Jason can be a bit nervous at first, so he'll do best with a family willing to be patient, gentle, and calm as he gets comfortable. We expect he'll do well with kids who understand boundaries and how to interact respectfully with dogs. Because of his age, we're looking for a home where his people are home more often than not, as he's still learning about the world and really benefits from companionship. Another friendly dog in the home would be wonderful, though not required. We have no history with cats.

Training & Support
He's already showing what a smart and eager-to-please boy he is! Jason knows "sit," "stay," and "lay down." He's crate trained and nearly potty trained. He is not yet leash trained, so his new family should be ready to continue that guidance. Like all young pups, he'll thrive with consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement as he grows. We'll ask how you plan to socialize him with new people, places, and dogs to help him develop into a confident, well-adjusted adult.

Transportation
Jason is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. He can transport to your area once an adopter has completed our screening process, virtual home visit, and reference checks. Transports run every few weeks and he will be on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
