Stewie

Stewie is an almost 5-year-old Patterdale Terrier mix with a huge personality and an even bigger love for life! A few years ago, Stewie lost his eyes due to severe eye disease, but he absolutely did not lose his joy. He's an adventure-seeker at heart who loves being outside, going for walks, and exploring the world. Stewie is incredibly smart and routine-oriented; once he learns an area, he navigates it so confidently you'd never guess he can't see. One of his favorite activities is running on the treadmill with friends who visit him!

Ideal Home

Stewie is looking for a loving, understanding home that will embrace his spirit and keep him active. He does well with dogs his size or larger. He is not a good fit for cats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, small dogs, or other small animals, as he believes everything is a toy and lives by the motto: grab first, ask questions later.

Ongoing Health

Stewie is blind due to severe eye disease.
